Easycare Exclusive Ocean Woven Wrap
Our goal is to make sure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases and enjoy shopping with us! If for some unlucky reason there is an issue with your order and you need to return it, we are happy to offer you a replacement, exchange or a full refund for most items under the following conditions:
- Return must be within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- Item must be in UNWASHED, UNWORN condition.
- All original packaging must be included (boxes, bags, tags, etc.); failure to include these items will incur a restocking fee that is 10% of the purchase value.
- Item cannot fall within one of the exclusion categories below.
The following items WILL NOT be accepted for returns or exchanges:
- Seconds Quality items
- House Samples
- Sale Items
- Sakura Bloom Luxe Ring Slings
- Gift Cards
If your return or exchange is because of an error we made, or because the item is defective or damaged, we will compensate you for the cost of return postage. For all other circumstances, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please allow three to five business days for refund processing. For exchanges, we will work with you to either refund or receive from you any differences in cost between the original and exchange items. It is strongly recommended that you insure your return when shipping as we will not accept responsibility for any issues that may occur during shipping.
We strive to provide excellent customer service to everyone who visits our store! Orders placed during our normal business hours will be shipped within 24 hours, though we usually ship same-day whenever possible. Exceptions include U.S. Federal holidays and the occasional short vacation (during which we will post any potential delays on the shopping cart page prior to checkout).
If you have any questions or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. For example, several of our customers request local pickup when they have plans to travel through our area... we're just 15 minutes south of where I-10 lands on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, Alabama.
Within the U.S. we offer Free USPS Priority shipping for orders $149 and up!
USPS options include First-Class Mail Parcel, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express service.
Customers located in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi will see a 'Local Pickup' option--this only applies to customers who actually will be coming to our store for pickup. If you've chosen this option but do not intend to visit us, we will have to send an invoice for additional shipping charges (unless your order is over $149).
We're honored to have any international interest in our store, and will do our best to ship orders to any country in the world. Our international shipments are sent via USPS unless you contact us directly to make other arrangements.
If your order contains some items that are not in stock, we cannot split your shipment to send the available items separately without sending an invoice requesting additional shipping charges, as the costs of two separate international shipping charges cannot be calculated by our system accurately when placing one order. Alternatively, you can place separate orders for those items that are pre-order or otherwise not available immediately.USPS First Class Package International Service only provides tracking information for the following countries (note: an asterisk indicates that service was temporarily suspended on June 12, 2014): Australia, Belgium, Brazil*, Canada, Croatia, Denmark*, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar*, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Italy*, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg*, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal*, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland. PLEASE NOTE: we cannot be held responsible for any additional customs fines that may be levied upon your shipment once it enters your country. We know from personal experience that customs duties can vary from shipment to shipment and country to country, swinging pretty wildly up and down. Unfortunately we cannot mark any items as "gifts" or in any other way indicate that the item is not a commercial transaction. Please do your homework before you place an international order. The Easycare Exclusive Ocean woven wraps finally arrived and they are AMAZING! We're in love with them! A beautiful spectrum of blue and green rolling into grays, black and dark blue.
