Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to make sure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases and enjoy shopping with us! If for some unlucky reason there is an issue with your order and you need to return it, we are happy to offer you a replacement, exchange or a refund for most items. The following are the conditions for a return:
- Return must be within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- Item must be in UNWASHED, UNWORN condition.
- All original packaging must be included (boxes, bags, tags, etc.); failure to include these items will incur a restocking fee that is 10% of the purchase value.
- Customer may be required to pay shipping fees to return the original item and for a replacement item in some exchange scenarios (see below).
- Item cannot fall within one of the exclusion categories below.
The following items WILL NOT be accepted for returns or exchanges:
- Seconds Quality items
- House Samples
- Sale Items
- Sakura Bloom Luxe Ring Slings
- Gift Cards
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any exchanges except when we've made a mistake with your order, or if there's a major manufacturer flaw or damage to the item(s). Shipping fees for us to send any replacement item(s) will be deducted from the total available credit from the total spent on the original order.
If your return or exchange is because of an error we made, or because the item is defective or damaged, we will compensate you for the cost of return postage. For all other circumstances, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please allow three to five business days for refund processing. For exchanges, we will work with you to either refund or receive from you any differences in cost between the original and exchange items. It is strongly recommended that you insure your return when shipping as we will not accept responsibility for any issues that may occur during shipping.
