Didymos Prima Shades of Blue Woven Wrap
Our goal is to make sure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases and enjoy shopping with us! If for some unlucky reason there is an issue with your order and you need to return it, we are happy to offer you a replacement, exchange or a refund for most items. The following are the conditions for a return:
- Return must be within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- Item must be in UNWASHED, UNWORN condition.
- All original packaging must be included (boxes, bags, tags, etc.); failure to include these items will incur a restocking fee that is 10% of the purchase value.
- Customer may be required to pay shipping fees to return the original item and for a replacement item in some exchange scenarios (see below).
- Item cannot fall within one of the exclusion categories below.
The following items WILL NOT be accepted for returns or exchanges:
- Seconds Quality items
- House Samples
- Sale Items
- Sakura Bloom Luxe Ring Slings
- Gift Cards
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any exchanges except when we've made a mistake with your order, or if there's a major manufacturer flaw or damage to the item(s). Shipping fees for us to send any replacement item(s) will be deducted from the total available credit from the total spent on the original order.
If your return or exchange is because of an error we made, or because the item is defective or damaged, we will compensate you for the cost of return postage. For all other circumstances, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please allow three to five business days for refund processing. For exchanges, we will work with you to either refund or receive from you any differences in cost between the original and exchange items. It is strongly recommended that you insure your return when shipping as we will not accept responsibility for any issues that may occur during shipping.
US orders over $75 qualify for FREE SHIPPING! (USPS Priority over 1lb; First Class under 1lb).
Customers located in AL, MS and FL will see a 'Local Pickup' option--please call 251-298-7486 to schedule pickup or set an appointment online here.
International orders are sent USPS First Class Package International which is the most affordable option for our international customers. If you want faster shipping, detailed tracking or insurance, you must ship via FedEx, UPS or DHL. Contact us to discuss those options.
USPS First Class Package International Service does not provide tracking details once the item leaves the US but it does provides limited tracking for some countries. For details, please visit this USPS website.
Some countries apply very steep tariffs, fees and/or taxes for imports from the US. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs applied to your shipment by your country. We cannot mark any items as "gifts" to attempt to avoid additional costs. Please understand your country's customs/import policies prior to placing your order.
Orders with Mixed Inventory Status
If your order contains both in and out of stock items and you want to receive the in stock items immediately, contact us to request that we split your order. You will receive a separate invoice for additional shipping fees.
We strive to provide excellent customer service to everyone who visits our store! Orders placed during our normal business hours will be shipped within 24 hours, though we usually ship same-day whenever possible. Exceptions include U.S. Federal holidays and the occasional short vacation (during which we will post any potential delays on the shopping cart page prior to checkout).
A beautiful and unique design, the Didymos Shades of Blue woven wrap sends a whispering gradient of dark blue to natural white over a tri-blend of cotton, linen and hemp. A rare treat!
