On October 10, 2015 Didymos re-released their beautiful Grass Hemp Indio wrap, only this time they made a few adjustments. For starters, the color is a little bit darker this time. I happen to have a scrap from a version one ring sling I made ages ago for comparison. Version 2 is also quite a bit thicker.

Version one Grass Hemp Indio was a thin wrap–soft, moldable and lovely after some use, but definitely thin. Weighing around 218 g/m2, I'd say one complaint was that it just wasn't as cushy as I was expecting. Well version 2 should fix that for you.

Version 2 Grass Hemp is weighing in at 293 g/m2!! Wowzers. I knew it was going to be hefty when I unpacked my box, and the size 7's were in the bigger boxes. So if you are looking for a cushy hemp, Grass should cover that for you.

Here it is on the scale. This is a 3.6 m wrap weighing a total of 728 grams. Bam! Put that in your pipe.
